PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

This is one of those parts that seemingly grew legs and walked away. More commonly missing than broken, these NLA Trunk release covers seem to be a hard one to find… Until now! Our remanufacture Trunk Release Cover is a direct replacement to Mazda Part # FD01-68-6F6A and features a reinforced rear tab with a brand new rubber seal to match its OEM predecessor! Mazda did a good job with this part so not much was needed to be modified!

DISCLAIMER (READ BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER):
Due to the nature of the process we are using (Silicone Molds and Resin Casting) we are able to pick up every exact detail. We modify OEM cores which allows us to get a 100% identical texture match to the original part. However, if there is a cosmetic blemish, it will appear on our remanufactured part as well. With these cars being over 25 years old it is becoming impossible to get cosmetically immaculate parts to use as cores, especially since most of our products are remanufactures NLA (No Longer Available). We want to be 100% transparent with our customers so we are noting any cosmetic blemishes that have transferred over to our parts here. ALL parts function just like OEM if not better, these minute blemishes are strictly cosmetic on textured areas that we can not repair without messing up the texture. Please look carefully in the photo’s, most issues are only seen at certain angles and are not easily visible unless you are trying to find them.

Known Cosmetic Blemishes:
Front bottom Hole has some “burnishing” marks from the push pin moving around - Not visible once the push pin is installed (Visible in 2nd picture)
